Knitted Star Pattern  Size: Approx 15 by 15 inches 6 x 3.25mm DPN Sirdar Bonus DK, 25g approx (1 star, if making a cushion you need double) To start: this is worked in the round from the centre out but to start cast on 10 stitches on 1 needle and knit a row then purl a row, it makes it a bit easier to split and means no hole in the middle when sewn up. 1: *P1, inc1, P1. Rep from * 2: K Separate out the stitches out onto the remaining needles (3 st on each needle)  Tie loose yarn to live yarn and start to work in the round. 3: *K1, inc1, K1, inc1, K1. For the love of all that is holy, why does the world need ANOTHER blog?!

I've created this blog as a place to record and track my knitting and crochet progress, as a place for my patterns and some techniques I found difficult to come by or just messy to figure out.  I'm not here to reinvent the wheel, I just want a place for all the bits and bobs I've discovered along the way and they might be helpful to someone else.  Don't expect ramblings about what inspires and motivates me cause honestly I can't be arsed to tell you a story. I'll be getting right to business. ×Mardy×
